I am passionate about quality data, effective and sustainable work-life balance and internal collaboration because I have seen that where managers and staff are valued, they stay.
I envision a future where planning events, supporting colleagues’ backgrounds and their lives makes for a stress-free work environment.

Throughout my career, I have worked within several regulated sectors that have reported to the IFA, Data Protection Act, GDPR compliance, EUGDPR compliance, registered with government bodies such as CHAS, and recognisable bodies such as Investors in People. I have a clear understanding of the importance of storing information correctly.

What does Little Dot Marketing do?

My mission is to support HR and marketing teams with reliable data about colleagues and prospects to create events people want to attend. I specialise in copywriting, event planning, CRM and data asset management  enabling others to develop and hone their skills to improve staff job satisfaction, to increase company growth and public perception. 
I do this through Through clear analysis of the data held to establish staff and customer segmentation, I guide and empower my audience to reallocate funds from lost causes to give space to allow colleagues to build better working relationships.

I will support you through evaluating the data you have and how you use it.
I can help you to set up your Google Analytics (note: you will need to make sure you have a cookie tracker enabled to make sure you’re compliantly gathering this info from your site visitors), and help you see which pages of your website are performing well, and which need support or potentially a complete re-write.
I can help you evaluate the data you hold in your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database – or support you with however you’re storing your details to make it more streamlined and easier to file. I have worked with companies that have only had spreadsheets so don’t worry if you don’t have a fancy CRM system (like Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics 365, MailChimp, or something else), I will do my best to help you to create new and more efficient ways to work as best as possible.
